At Rolls Tiny Homes, we take pride in our efficient, streamlined Tiny Home Building process, as outlined below:

1) Enquiry Stage

Visit our workshop, see current builds, and discuss your plans.

2) Build Deposit

Secure your build slot with a deposit.

3) Build Quote and Contract

Receive and approve your detailed quote and contract.

4) Acceptance of Quote and Contract:

Finalise your design choices and start the pre-ordering of components.

5) Building Begins:

Monitor your build's progress, with options for in-person visits or virtual updates.

6) Completion of Your Home & Delivery:

Arrange for delivery and set-up of your new tiny home.

While Tiny Houses on Wheels are not eligible for mortgages, financing options are available through lenders like Yellow Brick Road Home Loans and Gefinance.

Our payment schedule includes an initial deposit, followed by several instalments throughout the build process.

We offer extensive customisation options to meet our clients' needs, including various external/internal materials, colour schemes, and layouts.

Unique features like a full-sized freestanding bathtub in our Petite Maison model are examples of our bespoke offerings.

We arrange delivery Australia-wide. The cost is $1200 for the first 100km, followed by $3.95 per kilometre afterwards.

Deposit

A non-refundable booking fee of $8,000 is required to secure your spot on the build schedule. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your tiny home.

Instalment 1

45% of the total cost is due 8 weeks before the build start date. This instalment covers preliminary ordering of the trailer, joinery, tapware, cabinetry, and first-stage building materials.

Instalment 2

25% payment is due when your build reaches the internal lining and first-fit plumbing and electrical stage, approximately 3 weeks into the build.

Instalment 3

20% payment is required when your build reaches the internal fit-out stage, which is around 6 weeks into the build.

Instalment 4

The final 10% balance of the quoted price, along with any agreed variations, must be paid before the tiny home leaves the factory, typically about a week before delivery.

Extras/Variations

Any additional extras or variations requested during the build process that weren't included in the initial contract may incur additional charges. These are payable upon agreement of the variation/extra.

Final Payment

All payments must be completed for the tiny home to be released for delivery. If any variations to the initial quote have been made and agreed upon, these will also need to be settled at this stage.

Aftercare + Important Information

Information regarding the setup of your tiny home and any aftercare support will be provided after the final payment has been made.
